Madonna Bistany

Executive Director

Madonna Bistany serves as Executive Director for Future for KIDS. Her responsibilities include the overall management of the organization, with particular attention to program service delivery. She works closely with the President and Founder and a 20-member Board of Directors to deliver quality programs for at-risk children in the community.

Madonna has a strong professional background in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining Future for KIDS, she was Development Director for the Arthritis Foundation Southwest Chapter, where she focused on sponsorships and high profile events including Oscar Night America. She is most proud of her role in developing Future for KIDS' outstanding Leadership Program, grooming future non-profit leaders.

Serving the community has been a priority and a lifelong commitment for Madonna. She has been recognized with several honors including: The Goodman's Good Eye for the Good Guy Award nominee and finalist for outstanding non-profit leaders in the community and Linking Sports and The Community's Award for developing a strong mentorship program. Madonna was also honored to receive an award from The Pat Tillman Foundation for chairing their Recognition Awards nomination committee.

Madonna earned a Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University.
