FutureForKIDS' Internship Program is designed to develop future non-profit leaders. Students are assigned a project based on their major skills and take on important tasks relevant to the work we do in the community. Our interns receive many opportunities to network with professionals by attending special events throughout the year and are given practical opportunities to learn about all aspects of a non-profit through hands on experience.

Our Internship Program is unique in that it exposes student interns to all areas of a not-for-profit organization and ensures that they receive the powerful experience of giving back to the community. Student interns are involved in program delivery to at-risk youth through mentorship at one of our after-school partner locations and through our sports camp opportunities.

Ultimately, when the student interns graduate, they are equipped to stay involved in nonprofits as staff members, committee members, volunteers, and even as potential board members. Our goal is to cultivate a diverse group of students and equip them with the tools necessary to become future leaders who understand the value of a non-profit in the community.
